Of course, we have always set the focus by low energy consumption resulting in low operating cost when designing our cleaning systems and non-standard machines.
Ever since the Kyoto Protocol has come into force, it has been a particular concern of ours to even further reduce the energy consumption of our machines to thus prevent CO2-emission wherever possible.
It has always been vitally important for us to protect the environment both for ourselves and for future generations. This is why our company makes it a point to actively and intensively improve its products in this respect. Even though these specific features entail costs, they pay off very quickly. Each single kilowatt hour of power that is saved in a 2-shift operation over 6 working days per week currently equates to approx. € 700.00 per year.
This is why the single-chamber plant Silberhorn-Multijet′ is now available with a so-called CO2 package. This is how the machine has been realized:
- Timer clock for switching off system to the minute on non-working days
- Optimum insulation of receiver tanks
- Insulated filter housings
- Insulation of media-carrying lines, if temperature exceeds room temperature by 20°C
- Operation screen for standby operation and other energy-saving functions
- Operation screen with display for power and compressed air consumption
- Frequency controlled pressure pump with energy efficient drive motor (EFF1)
- Suitable for use of modern low-temperature cleaning agents
