REZ Robot Deburring Cell

• The flexible robot deburring cell has been developed for the deburring and cleaning of parts with a technologically complex geometry such as deep bore overlaps and blind bores.
• By using a custom-built industrial robot (additional sealing measures) we can meet the highest requirements of both maximum positioning accuracy and flexibility.
• Several deburring tools can be pre-mounted in a deburring chamber so that for changeover the operator only needs to select a program at the operator control panel.
• The high kinetic energy of the water jet results in an unforeseen and unparalleled cleaning effect - almost without the use of chemicals.
• Corroding of parts is prevented by using a minimum dose of chemicals.
• Like in all other Silberhorn machines, all machine parts are made of stainless steel.
