Description:
- Due to their modular basic design, our single-chamber jet cleaning machines can be adjusted to meet almost all operational requiements. Maschinenbau Silberhorn offers a wide range of standard machines finely-tuned to suit all sizes - a considerable cost benefit that can be passed on to our customers.
- This series of machines is especially suitable for heavy and bulky parts which remain fixed in the treatment chamber.
- The standard version already includes surface flooding with oil separation in the accumulation tank “Cleaning”. Thus not only is the cascade filling of the tanks possible, but the life of the medium can also be considerably prolonged.
- All machine parts are made of stainless steel. Due to it being fully enclosed by guarding, the machine presents a clean appearance at all times; with large maintenance doors meaning that it is nevertheless easily accessible.
- The machine can be expanded to include additional modules such as several accumulation tanks, a vacuum drying system and automatic infeed and discharge systems.
- The compact yet sophisticated VARIOCLEAN machine with its high-powered modules is mainly used in industrial environments, manufacturing plants, workshops and repair service plants.
- Like all other Silberhorn cleaning machines, it uses aqueous cleaning agents.
