VARIOMAT Single-Chamber Cleaning System

  
 
Application:
For parts to be cleaned immediately after leaving the machining centers.
 
 
Description:
  • The VARIOMAT single-chamber cleaning machine is ideally used for parts that are manually removed from machining centers and need to be cleaned immediately afterwards.
  • An integrated band filter ensures that even high amounts of swarves are reliably removed.
  • The parts to be cleaned are placed on a wire basket; they are cleaned and/or dried using stationary jetting and blowing nozzles.
  • Optionally this machine can also be equipped with a horizontal rotating device.
  • The infeed and discharge area is located next to a lifting door, which opens automatically upon completion of the cleaning and drying program and then must be closed manually again.
  • The operating dimensions of the machine have been kept as small as possible to allow its being positioned directly at a machining center.
  • VARIOMAT is no longer grounded. Combined rollers and stationary feet mean that the VARIOMAT is now mobile. This means it can now be used in many different places in your company.
  • The AQUA-SKIMM gravity oil separator with its two-stage separation of oils and greases is a very sensible addition as it extends bath service lives and thus reduces disposal and recycling costs.
  • Like all other Silberhorn cleaning machines, it uses aqueous cleaning agents.
