MULTILINE Continuous Cleaning System

Cleaning individually and mass produced parts at a high output.
 
 
Description:
  • The Silberhorn MULTILINE continuous cleaning system combines maximum output with efficient cleaning results for large scale and mass production.
  • Due to the individually selectable process steps, such as Rinsing 1, Rinsing 2, Drying – all of them separated by neutral zones – we can guarantee optimum cleaning quality even at high outputs.
  • The machine is designed as a jetting machine with jetting pressures ranging from 4 to 10 bar.
  • Parts can be transported through the machine in several ways, e.g. by means of a chain drive or a wire mesh belt. Depending on their geometry, the parts are either processed as bulk materials, positioned in parts carriers or fixed on a chuck.
  • The conveyor speed, and thus the time the cleaning agents are in contact with the parts to be cleaned, can be fixed or controlled via frequency converters.
  • The MULTILINE continuous cleaning system can be designed as a machine with continuously running conveyor or as a machine which operates continuously at a fixed cycle. If the machine is designed for continuous fixed-cycle mode, it can be equipped with adjusting units for jetting and blowing nozzles which allow for the cleaning process to be tailored to suit the customer’s part.
  • If necessary, a high-pressure (HD-)-water-jet -deburring process can be integrated in the MULTILINE machine.
  • All media-contacting parts as well as the enclosure are made of stainless steel. A 20 mm insulation on all sides ensures low energy costs on the one hand and provides important industrial safety on the other.
