Description:
- The MINISTAR rotary table has been developed by Maschinenbau Silberhorn to satisfy increased demands on cleaning.
- So far, the MINISTAR has been successfully used for cleaning parts prior to measuring. Due to the increasing demands for the highest parts precision, new high-accuracy measuring devices have been developed.
- To avoid measurement errors, the parts to be measured must satisfy the highest standards as regards cleanliness. The previous MINISTAR model can no longer meet the extremely high demands on measuring technology. This is where Maschinenbau Silberhorn’s new development, the MINISTAR rotary table machine, and its modern technology come in.
- It goes without saying that due to its sturdy design, the MINISTAR rotary table machine can also be used as a cleaning machine in a production environment.
- Like all other Silberhorn cleaning machines, it uses aqueous cleaning agents.
Cleaning processes:
Depending on the machine type, the following processes can be used:
- Jet cleaning
- Jet rinsing
- Blowing off with compressed air
- Vacuum drying
