Cleaning of parts in parts carriers, parts racks and bulk material.
Description:
- The Silberhorn MULTIDIP inline immersion cleaning machine is used to clean bulk material in baskets or drums and to clean individually positioned goods or parts in parts racks during large batch or mass production.
- For cleaning, we use aqueous media, which may be alkaline, acidic or neutral.
- The cleaning effect can be enhanced using ultrasound or pressure flooding. In addition, the parts may be moved (turning, swiveling, oscillating).
- The cleaning process mainly consists of a multi-stage immersion process followed by re-circulating air drying and vacuum drying. The parts can be cooled downstream, if required.
- The parts are transported by means of an overhead or side-arm carriage, which transports baskets or racks from one process station to the next. Alternatively a traversing lifting carriage system can be used.
- All media-contacting parts and our machines’ cladding are made of stainless steel. A 20mm insulation on all sides ensures low energy costs on the one hand and provides important industrial safety on the other.
