Description:
  • The Multistation Rotary Table combines the highly effective processing of high-pressure (HD) water-jet-deburring with the cleaning of individual parts.
  • Multistation Rotary Cleaning Tables are used for the systematic cleaning of individual parts in manufacturing lines where cycle times are quite often below 20 seconds. This precondition can easily be fulfilled with our Multistation Rotary Table. Thanks to its sturdy design, almost all kinds of mechanic cleaning equipment (e.g. jetting needles moving in and out or an adaptation for pressure rinsing) can be integrated in the Silberhorn Multistation Rotary Table.
  • The implementation of high-pressure (HD) water-jet-deburring systems with their supply and treatment modules has proven especially efficient with jetting pressures of up to 1500 bar having already been achieved on many occasions. Maschinenbau Silberhorn has many years of experience in this sector. For especially hard-to-remove burrs and/or points which cannot be reached by a water jet, we recommend using a brush-station prior to the wet area
  • The machine displays a sturdy and consistently modular design in stainless steel, which allows for the combination of several cleaning and rinsing processes as well as other process steps. So far we have built Rotary Table machines with 4, 6, 8, and 10 stations.
