We are revolutionising industrial component cleaning
Are you looking for a system that cleans your components to a consistently high standard: in as little space as possible, at low overall costs and with low energy consumption? Then we have the perfect solution for you in the Silberhorn MWS 4.
The Multi Washing System (MWS) comes as standard with innovative technologies, is comprehensively equipped and can be precisely configured with around 40 technical options.
The system’s flexibility starts with the number of cleaning tanks: you can order the Silberhorn MWS 4 with either 2 or 3 tanks. Even the 3-tank model fits entirely into a 20-foot container and requires a footprint of less than 7 m²!
Sustainability included: The Silberhorn MWS 4 is designed to use the required resources sparingly – above all, your time and electricity. This way, we protect both the environment and your wallet. Please do ask us; we’d be happy to advise you.

LET’S TALK ABOUT YOUR CLEANING SYSTEM
Tell us which components you need to clean and what level of cleanliness you require. We’ll advise you personally and tailor the MWS chamber cleaning system precisely to your requirements.
Highlights
ONE CHAMBER, FOUR CLEANING METHODS

High-pressure cleaning
The cleaning medium is distributed evenly throughout the cleaning chamber via four registers. The additional variable component rotation ensures that every area is reached. Ideal for less complex components.

Print floods
The cleaning medium is sprayed into the filled cleaning chamber with high kinetic energy via a special pressure-flush chamber. The cleaning medium thus finds its way through narrow gaps, undercuts and cavities. The method of choice for full cleaning baskets and complex components. It produces excellent results.

Floods caused by water being drawn from the ground
Optimised for components with complex internal geometries and high cleaning requirements. With every rotation, the cleaning fluid floods the cavities of the components and then drains out again. Dirt particles are flushed out with every rotation of the component.

Ultrasonic cleaning
The sound waves, which oscillate across various frequency ranges, support the entire cleaning process, from preliminary cleaning through to ultra-fine cleaning.
MWS 4 – High-Purity Version
For the most demanding requirements regarding component cleanliness
The MWS 4 is also available as a High Purity version with four or more baths. Additional, precisely coordinated process stages enable sophisticated cleaning and rinsing processes for applications where the highest purity and reproducible cleanliness are crucial.
The High Purity version is individually tailored to the component, cleanliness requirements and process. Please get in touch – together we will configure the right MWS 4 for your application.
