Multi Washing System
CHAMBER UNIT

The Multi Washing System (MWS) is our standard chamber cleaning system for industrial parts cleaning. As we pre-configure these units as part of our standard production run, you benefit from short lead times and a predictable price, without compromising on cleanliness. With a range of options, the system can be scaled from rough cleaning to high-purity cleaning.

We are revolutionising industrial parts cleaning

Anyone seeking to achieve high throughput and the highest standards of cleanliness in industrial parts cleaning cannot afford to skimp on resources. That was the case until now. Now there is the Silberhorn MWS 6.

Silberhorn’s largest Multi Washing System (MWS) to date fundamentally redefines the concept of efficiency in parts cleaning. The system features a choice of 2, 3 or 4 tanks for different cleaning fluids. Thanks to this, and in combination with the new 8-position swivel rack, the machine achieves excellent results in terms of part cleanliness.

And it does so on a grand scale, as the Silberhorn MWS 6 accommodates XL-sized components as well as small parts in bulk – up to a maximum of 300 kg per cycle. For even higher throughput, several systems can even be set up in series and linked together if required.

However, this new development is not only efficient in terms of throughput and part integrity. The cleaning system is equipped with such innovative technology that it also leads the way in terms of sustainability. This is good for the environment, saves valuable working time and preserves your financial resources. With every cleaning cycle, every day. This makes the Silberhorn MWS 6 a true efficiency machine.

Advantages

  • Modular

The Silberhorn MWS is available as a 2-, 3- or 4-tank system.
Despite being mass-produced, you can customise your system to suit your specific needs with up to 40 options.

  • Space-saving

Extremely compact design. Even the largest Silberhorn MWS fits into a 20-foot container. Floor areas at a glance:

    • 2-tank system: 8.5 m²
    • 3- and 4-tank systems: 10.5 m²
  • Intuitive

The MWS is equipped with the latest human-machine interface. The touchscreen control panel guides the machine operator systematically and intuitively through all control, process monitoring and programming functions. Furthermore, the MWS is Industry 4.0-ready as standard.

  • Clean

The 8-way swivel register, developed by Silberhorn and protected by a DE-GbM, guarantees the best cleaning results.

  • Slim

To ensure you can scale up your parts cleaning throughput as required, we have designed the Silberhorn MWS 6 to be suitable for use in series. The front dimension of the units is always 2,150 mm – regardless of whether they are the 2-, 3- or 4-tank version. This means that, regardless of the version, you can arrange the machines in a compact, space-saving line and link them together. Subsequent expansions are possible at any time.

  • Easy to look after

All machine components that require regular maintenance are very easy to access: these include tanks, oil separators, filters, etc.

  • Available

Thanks to intelligent assembly sequencing, the Silberhorn MWS boasts a record-breaking delivery time of just around 12 weeks (excluding interlinking).

  • Sustainable

The MWS comes as standard with a range of innovative technologies designed to ensure maximum sustainability.

Highlights

ONE CHAMBER, FOUR CLEANING METHODS

  • Icon Spritzreinigen: Sprührohr mit nach unten fallenden Strahlen in einem Kreis

    High-pressure cleaning

The cleaning medium is distributed evenly throughout the cleaning chamber via 4+4 registers. The additional variable component rotation ensures that every area is reached. Ideal for less complex components.

  • Icon Druckfluten: Wellenlinien in einem Kreis

    Print floods

The cleaning medium is sprayed into the filled cleaning chamber with high kinetic energy via a special pressure-flushing unit. The cleaning medium thus finds its way through narrow gaps, undercuts and cavities. The method of choice for full cleaning baskets and complex components. Produces excellent results.

  • Icon Schöpffluten: Schöpfbewegung über Wellenlinien in einem Kreis

Floods caused by water being scooped up

Optimised for components with complex internal geometries and high cleaning requirements. With every rotation, the cleaning fluid floods the cavities of the components and then drains out again. Dirt particles are flushed out with every rotation of the component.

  • Icon Ultraschallreinigen: Punkt mit Schallwellen in einem Kreis

    Ultrasonic cleaning

The sound waves, which oscillate across various frequency ranges, support the entire cleaning process, from preliminary cleaning through to ultra-fine cleaning.
