The Tool Washing System TWS is a handy unit that automatically cleans and dries your tools. The TWS removes coolants, oils, greases, swarf, abrasion residues and other contaminants with absolute reliability – without any manual effort and without placing a burden on your skilled staff.
Reliable, fast and highly flexible: tool holders accommodate the tools, whilst a basket is provided to store anything else you wish to clean. The TWS is extremely versatile – we ourselves frequently use it to remove rust from screws.
The Silberhorn TWS is easy to maintain, takes up little space and is intuitive to operate. In its construction, Silberhorn relies on high-quality components and excellent workmanship. Machine parts that come into contact with cleaning fluid are made of stainless steel. For a long service life!

Spray cleaning is carried out using high-quality flat-jet nozzles with high kinetic energy, ideal for less complex components and for standard cleanliness requirements.
Drying process
Compressed-air pulse drying is ideal for standard component dryness requirements.
Exhaust air: can be connected to an in-house extraction system.

The basket supplied is suitable for a wide range of applications and, with a loading height of up to 165 mm, covers most scenarios. If you require different dimensions, Silberhorn can also manufacture custom sizes to meet your specific needs on request.
Thoroughly
High-quality flat-jet nozzles clean using high kinetic energy, thereby delivering reliably clean results within the standard range, even for less complex components. The compressed air pulse drying process then ensures that your tools are dried just as reliably.
Ready for connection
The system requires only a compressed air connection (1/2") and an electrical connection with a CEE 32 A socket; optionally, you can also connect your in-house extraction system. This allows you to integrate the system into your existing production line without any major infrastructural changes.
