The continuous-flow cleaning plant

  • The system’s stations are configured as required
  • The system can be integrated into automated processes or operated manually
  • It can be operated in continuous or intermittent mode
  • The separation of the inlet (dirty side) and outlet (clean side) prevents recontamination
  • Within the system, either neutral zones or lift gates prevent the carry-over of dirt
  • The components pass through the system either on a link belt, a chain or a product carrier
  • It can be fitted with fixed or swivelling/rotating registers
  • Drying is carried out using registers that can be adapted to the components.
    Depending on requirements, drying can be carried out with or without hot air
