Thanks to its short cycle times, the MULTILINE achieves a high parts throughput and is therefore ideally suited to series and large-scale production.

Workpiece transport systems such as chain drives or wire-link belts are available; parts are transported either continuously or in cycles. A frequency-controlled drive motor allows you to adjust the belt speed precisely to suit your components and processes.

The compact, plug-and-play design saves space and is quick to set up.

The MultiLine can handle multi-stage processes for cleaning, rinsing, preservation, hot-air and vacuum drying, as well as cooling. This enables you to meet a wide range of requirements for your cleaning process within a single system.

Large maintenance hatches make it particularly easy to access the media tanks. This helps to minimise maintenance requirements and ensures high system availability.

The base frame, machine casing and all components in contact with the medium are made of stainless steel. This ensures that the MultiLine remains robust and durable in the long term, even when in continuous use.

A 4-sided nozzle arrangement ensures a circumferential spray pattern, thereby delivering a uniform cleaning result all round. Lift doors or neutral zones separate the process zones, thereby reducing carry-over and media mixing.

Insulating tanks and process tunnels on all sides, as well as all filters and pipework, significantly reduces your energy costs whilst also protecting against burns. Standby operation further reduces energy costs when the plant is not operating at full capacity all the time.
