These systems meet the most stringent requirements
Silberhorn’s immersion cleaning systems also fulfil the most stringent requirements for component cleanliness. This is a durable system technology that has been tried and tested over many years. Furthermore, customers are delighted with howeasy the systems aretomaintain.
Operating principle
The components are transferred fully automatically from one bath to the next. The baths are completely separate from one another, with each individual bath having its own filters, pipes, etc. This ensures that there is no significant carry-over. As the system is fully enclosed (capsulated), external influences (e.g. dirt from the workshop) are unable to settle on the components.
Highly customisable system
The process steps can be selected as required and linked in various sequences. The individual baths can function either as dip baths or spray baths, whilst drying is carried out using hot air and/or a vacuum. Full automation of the system is easily achievable.
