The Silberhorn Multidip is an immersion cleaning system for basket-packed goods, bulk goods and items placed in trays, designed for high throughput and the most stringent cleanliness requirements. Your components are transported ina synchronised manner via an axle system or overhead trolleys; the system handles bulk goods in drums or baskets as well as moulded parts in baskets or on racks. Loading can be carried out manually or automatically, with the system integrated directly into your production line. In this way, we tailor the Multidip individually to your requirements and components.

We manufacture the base frame, machine casing and all components in contact with the medium from 1.4301 stainless steel or a higher-grade material to ensure long-term durability.
Energy-efficient and safe
The thermal insulation fitted on all sides of the tanks, as well as on all filters and pipework, ensures both low energy costs and, crucially, accident prevention. Standby mode further reduces energy costs.
