Immersion Cleaning System
ULTRA FINE-DIP
immersion cleaning system

Fully customisable
to meet your requirements
High throughput
for short cycle times
Made in Germany
In-house manufacturing, worldwide service
The UltraFine-DiP is a modular immersion cleaning system designed for series and large-scale production, which cleans both bulk materials and individual parts to meet high to the very highest purity requirements. The immersion cleaning process is supported by ultrasound and can optionally be extended to include an initial process stage involving pressurised injection flushing. Depending on requirements, the system can be fitted with hot-air and/or vacuum drying; existing washing baskets can usually be used directly or guided manually or automatically through the system on transport racks. This allows you to customise the UltraFine-DiP to suit your range of components, your process steps and your throughput.
Overview
Field of application
- For cleaning bulk materials or individual parts with high/medium throughput rates where high/the highest purity requirements apply
- Applications requiring immersion cleaning processes (supported by ultrasonics) as final cleaning steps prior to assembly
Cleaning methods
- Immersion cleaning, supported by ultrasound
- Can be combined with injection pressure flushing
Drying process
Hot-air drying and/or vacuum drying
Advantages
High throughput
The system offers high parts throughput whilst meeting the highest standards for cleaning results in series and large-scale production. Optional multi-line systems handle the transport of items through the system and further increase throughput.
Modular
By combining freely configurable process stages in a modular design, the system achieves the best possible cleaning result for every component.
Customised processes
The recipes for the cleaning processes can be freely configured; individual processes can be deselected, meaning the system is also suitable for a range of components made from different materials.
Precise
The immersion cleaning process is supported by ultrasound, ensuring a particularly thorough clean. Two separate fluid circuits per module keep the cleaning fluids in the process tanks free of particles at all times, ensuring a consistently clean component.
Energy-efficient and safe
- The 20 mm-thick insulation on all sides of the process and storage tanks, as well as all filters and pipework, ensures not only low energy costs but also crucial accident prevention.
- As the insulation is encased in stainless steel sheets and/or aluminium cladding, damage to the insulation is prevented, thereby also ruling out recontamination of the components caused by insulation coming loose.
- Frequency-controlled pumps and servo drives for all material handling operations provide further energy savings.
Easy to look after
All parts that come into contact with the medium are made entirely of stainless steel, and only fittings with minimal dead space are used. These can be easily dismantled, making maintenance and cleaning of the system noticeably simpler.
Suitable for connection
Silberhorn can implement the connection to the downstream assembly line or cleanroom, as well as the automatic return of empty transport racks or washing baskets.
