CLEANING TABLE FOR SERIAL PRODUCTION
In its multi-station rotary table, Silberhorn combines effective high-pressure water jet rinsing with targeted cleaning of individual parts. The system was developed specifically for use in production lines. For example, the cleaning cycles are individually tailored to the respective cycle times, and even very short cycle times of less than 20 seconds can be achieved. The robust yet modular design allows for the integration of a wide variety of cleaning solutions as well as a highly flexible station layout.

We manufacture the base frame, tank, cabin and all components in contact with the medium from 1.4301 stainless steel to ensure long-term durability.
Energy-efficient and safe
The thermal insulation fitted to all sides of the tanks and the process chamber, as well as all filters and pipework, ensures low energy costs on the one hand and provides vital accident prevention on the other.
