MANUFACTURED IN-HOUSE SINCE 1989
In 1989, Franz Silberhorn began building cleaning systems in a double garage. Today, we manufacture our products across a site of over 10,000 square metres in Lupburg – still family-run and with in-house production capabilities ranging from laser technology to control systems. Over 1,600 systems are in operation worldwide, supported by service centres in Germany, the Czech Republic, the USA, Mexico and China. Our mission has remained the same since day one: to ensure components are cleaned thoroughly, even when the task is challenging.

PURE PERFORMANCE
FOR OVER 35 YEARS
Franz Silberhorn founded Maschinenbau Silberhorn GmbH in 1989 – with the aim of building cleaning systems, and with a private double garage as his first workshop. What grew out of it is an international family business with around 160 employees, owner-managed to this day.
Today we manufacture on more than 10,000 square metres in Lupburg – standard systems as well as highly complex custom systems for industrial parts cleaning. Our customers come from the automotive industry, mechanical engineering, medical technology and other sectors with strict cleanliness requirements.
Service locations in Germany, the Czech Republic, the USA, Mexico and China keep these systems running worldwide. What carries us has stayed the same over the years: in-house manufacturing, fast decisions and customer relationships that outlast a generation of machines.
