Maschinenbau Silberhorn successfully achieves TISAX® certification

Maschinenbau Silberhorn GmbH has successfully met the requirements of TISAX® (Trusted Information Security Assessment Exchange) and is now an official TISAX® participant.

TISAX® is a standard for information security in the automotive industry operated by the ENX Association on behalf of the VDA. The aim is to ensure a uniform standard of protection for sensitive information and data throughout the entire supply chain. As part of the assessment, organisational and technical information security measures, amongst other things, are evaluated.

This successful completion is the result of an intensive preparation phase lasting just over a year. This meant the project could be implemented in a relatively short time, as many of the required measures were already in place at Maschinenbau Silberhorn. A significant part of the work involved documenting and structuring existing processes and providing the relevant evidence.

This successful participation confirms our high standards in information security, data protection and the responsible handling of confidential information. At the same time, it sends an important signal to customers and business partners that sensitive data is protected at Maschinenbau Silberhorn in accordance with recognised standards.
