IN-HOUSE VDA TEST LABORATORY
On request, we can provide metrological evidence of the level of cleanliness achieved. In our own VDA 19 and ISO 16232 test laboratory, we analyse particulate cleanliness using spray, ultrasonic and suction extraction methods, as well as gravimetry and optical analysis. In addition, we determine surface tension to verify film cleanliness and test bath samples. This ensures you receive reproducible results and documented quality assurance.
